Francesco Deluca

Francesco maintains a broad practice, with a particular focus on corporate and commercial law, real estate, and banking and finance matters. Prior to co-founding the firm, Francesco gained experience at an international law firm, where he advised clients on a variety of complex transactions and commercial matters. He regularly assists clients with commercial and residential real estate transactions, including acquisitions, dispositions, leasing, and development projects, as well as business structuring and organization, corporate governance, commercial agreements, and lending transactions.

Francesco takes a practical and business-minded approach to legal issues, working closely with clients to understand their objectives and deliver clear, effective solutions. Drawing on experience across multiple practice areas and sophisticated legal environments, he provides strategic advice on both routine transactions and complex matters involving numerous stakeholders and competing interests. Francesco is committed to helping clients navigate legal and business decisions with confidence and efficiency. Whether advising property owners, developers, entrepreneurs, businesses, lenders, borrowers, or investors, he focuses on building long-term relationships and delivering responsive, practical counsel tailored to each client’s needs.

Outside of his practice, Francesco is a passionate sports fan, with a particular loyalty to the Edmonton Oilers and Dallas Cowboys. When he is not watching a game, he enjoys spending time with his wife, son and dog, and making the most of his time outside the office.
