Lovin Narula

Lovin Narula is a partner of the firm and advises businesses, entrepreneurs, investors, lenders and individuals on a broad range of commercial matters and the legal decisions that shape their futures.

Profile

Lovin maintains a wide-ranging practice, with a focus on corporate and commercial law, banking and finance, mergers and acquisitions, and corporate reorganizations, along with real estate. Before co-founding the firm, he practised at an international law firm, advising on complex transactions and a variety of corporate matters. He now brings that experience to Edmonton clients, pairing a big-firm skill set with the attention and accessibility of a local firm.

Beyond the major deals, Lovin supports clients with the everyday legal needs of running a company, from formation and governance to shareholder and commercial agreements. He also regularly advises on share and asset purchases, lending and financing for both lenders and borrowers, and structuring that supports succession and long-term goals.

Lovin aims to be the first call his clients make, whether they’re starting something new, growing, buying, selling or planning what comes next. His experience spans routine transactions to complex, multi-party deals, and getting involved early lets him help structure things properly from the outset. He takes a hands-on, business-minded approach and leverages modern tools and streamlined systems to work efficiently, delivering clear, straightforward advice and keeping matters moving.

A proud Edmontonian, Lovin is actively involved in the community and dedicates his time to local causes and community service. He’s also a huge sports fan, and when the Oilers are on, you’ll likely find him cheering them on.
